1. Our Commitment

PepGenex is used to buy medicine and research material, and nobody should be shut out of that by how a page is built. We work to make this site usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at a larger text size, and without relying on colour alone to carry meaning.

2. The Standard We Work To

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not completed an independent audit, so we do not claim to conform to that standard — we treat it as the target we are working toward and we will say so here, with a date, if that ever changes.

• ●Semantic page structure and headings, so screen readers and keyboard navigation follow the order of the page.
• ●Text alternatives for images that carry information.
• ●Text and background colour combinations chosen for contrast in body copy and navigation.
• ●Forms and interactive controls that can be reached and operated with a keyboard.

3. What We Know Is Not There Yet

• ●No independent accessibility audit has been carried out. Nothing on this site has been certified as conformant by a third party.
• ●Some interactive areas — the cart and checkout — use custom controls that have not been tested end to end with a screen reader.
• ●PDF documents we send by email, including Certificates of Analysis and partner agreements, come from third-party labs and are usually not tagged for screen readers. We will read out or retype the contents of any of them on request.
• ●Video content on the site does not currently carry captions.

4. Getting Information Another Way

Anything on this site can be supplied by email instead, in plain text or another format you can read — product and pricing information, shipping and returns terms, a Certificate of Analysis for a lot you have ordered, or any document we would otherwise send as a PDF. Ask and we will send it in a form that works for you, at no cost.

5. Reporting a Barrier

If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Email info@pepgenex.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within ten business days, and we will tell you what we can fix and when.

If you need to place an order and cannot complete it on the site, say so in that email — we will take the order another way rather than leave you to work around the problem.
