Shipping Rates
Shipping is billed as a separate line at checkout and charged once per order, never per item. Orders containing a reconstituted vial or a pre-filled pen ship cold-chain at $35. Orders containing only lyophilized (powdered) products or accessories ship at $15. An order containing both is charged the single $35 cold-chain rate — the items ship together in one box. The rate is shown in your cart before you check out.
Discreet Packaging
Your order arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, protocol details, or medical information appear on the exterior of your shipment.
Cold-Chain Handling
Peptides and compounded medications that require refrigeration are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging to maintain potency and integrity during transit.
Delivery Timeline
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after your protocol is approved by a licensed provider and fulfilled by our compounding pharmacy partner. Processing and provider review time is not included in this estimate.
Fulfillment Partner
All medications are dispensed directly by our FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy partners and shipped to your door. PepGenex does not warehouse or ship medications directly.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most U.S. states. Availability may vary based on your state's regulations for compounded medications. If your state is not eligible at checkout, our support team can advise on next steps.
