Shipping Rates

Shipping is billed as a separate line at checkout and charged once per order, never per item. Orders containing a reconstituted vial or a pre-filled pen ship cold-chain at $35. Orders containing only lyophilized (powdered) products or accessories ship at $15. An order containing both is charged the single $35 cold-chain rate — the items ship together in one box. The rate is shown in your cart before you check out.

Discreet Packaging

Your order arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names or order details appear on the exterior of your shipment.

Cold-Chain Handling

Materials that require refrigeration are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging to maintain their integrity during transit.

Delivery Timeline

Orders ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific ship within 0 to 1 business days. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff ship the following Monday.

Transit time: 1 to 2 business days within the United States, 2 to 3 business days to Canada.

Fulfillment Partner

Research compounds are manufactured and independently tested by a laboratory partner and ship from that facility — not pharmacy-dispensed, not a prescription product. PepGenex does not warehouse or ship directly.

We currently ship to most of the United States and Canada. If your state or province is not eligible at checkout, our support team can advise on next steps.
