Most researched peptides in the PepGenex Science library

The compounds below are ordered by how many published studies their PepGenex Science page reviews, from most to fewest. The count is the same "Published studies reviewed" figure printed on each compound page. It measures how much published research this library has examined for a compound, not the quality of that research or what it found.

Counts as of the latest review: 2026-09-26.

How the count is made

A publication is counted for a compound when it is attached to that compound's page and at least one finding from it is shown there. Regulatory documents, registry records and company announcements are not counted, and neither is a publication whose only content on the page is its design. The count is recalculated from the library's source table each time this page loads.

Compounds with the same count share a rank and are listed alphabetically. A compound missing from this list has no published page in the library yet.

What a count cannot show

A higher count means more publications have been reviewed, not that a compound is better understood in any particular respect. One large controlled trial can say more than several small laboratory studies, and many publications on one compound come from animal or cell experiments. Each compound page lists every counted study with its design, model and limits, and the methodology page explains how evidence is classified. A count also says nothing about how compounds differ in what they target; for three compounds set side by side by receptor, see semaglutide vs tirzepatide vs retatrutide: one, two and three receptors.

Nothing on this page is a statement about the research material PepGenex supplies, and no study counted here was carried out on it.
